For anywhere people turn up and sign themselves in — gyms and studios, clubs, churches and community groups, classes, events and parties. A tablet by the door, and the office side on the phone in your pocket.

  • People sign in by tapping the first letter of their surname, then their name — no keyboard, ever
  • Keeps working when the wifi drops, and catches up when it comes back
  • Or no names on the screen at all: a date of birth and a surname initial, and nobody's name shows until the two match one person (this way needs the internet)
  • Your people typed in or brought across from a spreadsheet, called what you call them — members, students, guests — and, where they pay, what each pays for

About us

It started with one storage yard.

A family-run caravan storage business in Essex was getting by on a limited custom system with a spreadsheet alongside it. Storage Yard Manager was built to replace both, and it has run that yard ever since.

UnitLet took the same thinking to sites that let containers, storage rooms and industrial units side by side, where a lease and a monthly licence have to live in one system. My Job Book took it to the tradespeople who keep property working, and do their paperwork from the van.

Property Workflow Systems Ltd was founded by Mario Szlapa, who builds and supports all four.
